About Our Coffee

Our single origin and blends are roasted fresh and shipped from a small batch Artisan Roaster. These roasts are directed by the human hand, not a computer and roasted in small batches to ensure every coffee is truly fresh and at its best.

Espresso

The Coffee Cafe takes pride in serving the finest espresso. No super automatic machines and no "pods" of ground coffee. We make each espresso beverage by grinding and pulling each shot on order. Our espresso, "Malabar Gold", is like that of European espresso and is particularly noteworthy for its richness, velvety texture and golden crema.

Brewed Coffees

Our house coffee, The Meaning of Life, is roasted fresh and shipped on order from Seattle's award-winning roaster, Caffé D'arte. It is full bodied, well balanced, aromatic and smooth in taste.
